is probably the least know NASCAR driver. Not a lot drivers come out of East LA but Spic did. He honed his driving skills in his 64 Impala, which he "acquired" on his 16th birthday, on the barrio streets racing other cholos for bragging rights and pink slips. He recently placed 42nd at the Daytona 500, almost dead last. It was his first showing at the race and despite his lack luster placing Spic was optimistic, " I was just testing the waters, homes--it's all about Fontana"
