Sandy lost her sunglasses.


This time she was really at a loss. It was going to be the brightest day of the year, the news said so. Retailers had been out of sunglasses for weeks. Even the cheapest pairs had been going for hundreds of dollars on ebay. Raw materials were at a premium due the shortages caused by the food war. She grabbed some scissors and found some cardboard. She cut frames and the poked a bunch of little holes where the lenses should go. This is the futue, she thought. This sucks.
